E-Tiket yang valid adalah yang dibeli melalui website sunsetdikebun.id.

A valid e-ticket is one purchased through the sunsetdikebun.id website.

Anak Balita (Bawah Lima Tahun) cukup membeli tiket masuk objek wisata.

Toddlers (Under Five Years) only need to buy an entrance ticket to the venue.

E-Ticket wajib ditukar dengan wristband di lokasi pertunjukan. Satu wristband berlaku untuk satu orang, satu kali memasuki area pertunjukan.

E-Ticket must be exchanged for a wristband at the show location. One wristband is valid for one person, once entering the show area.

E-Ticket sudah termasuk tiket masuk perorangan dan tidak termasuk tiket kendaraan

E-Ticket includes individual entrance tickets and does not include vehicle tickets.

2. Individual entry tickets Cibodas Botanical Garden & Cibodas Tourist Area.
3. Individual entry tickets Purwodadi Botanical Garden.
4. Individual entry tickets Bali Botanical Garden.
5. Individual entry tickets the venue of Sunset di Kebun Jakarta.
Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas pembelian tiket acara melalui calo/tempat/kanal/platform selain di official Event Kebun Raya.

The Organizer are not responsible for purchasing event tickets through brokers/places/channels/platforms other than the official Event Kebun Raya.

Tiket yang hilang/dicuri tidak akan diganti atau diterbitkan ulang. Meskipun anda memiliki bukti pembelian. Itu sudah menjadi tanggung jawab pemilik tiket.

Lost/stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Even if you have proof of purchase. It is the responsibility of the ticket owner.

Penyelenggara dan Pengisi Acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas biaya transportasi atau akomodasi yang telah dikeluarkan penonton untuk mengunjungi acara jika seandainya acara harus dibatalkan atau dipindahkan ke hari dan/atau waktu lain.

Event Organizers and performers are not responsible for the costs of transportation or accommodation that have been incurred by spectators to visit the event if the event must be canceled or moved to another day and/or time.

Dalam keadaan Force Majeure seperti bencana alam, kerusuhan, perang, wabah, dan semua keadaan darurat yang diumumkan secara resmi oleh Pemerintah. Kebun Raya berhak untuk membatalkan dan/atau merubah waktu acara dan tata letak tempat tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

In Force Majeure situations such as natural disasters, riots, wars, epidemics, and all emergencies officially announced by the Government. The Organizer has the right to cancel and/or change the event time and venue layout without prior notification.

Penyelenggara berhak untuk, merevisi waktu acara, tata letak tempat dan kapasitas penonton tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

The Organizer has the right to revise the event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notification.

Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan atau diuangkan kembali.

Tickets that have been purchased cannot be returned or refunded.

Jika acara dibatalkan, tiket yang sudah dibeli akan dikembalikan kepada penonton. Namun akan dipotong biaya bank atau pembayaran lain yang mungkin dikenakan untuk mentransfer uang kembali ke penonton.

If the event is canceled, the tickets that have been purchased will be returned to the audience. However, any bank fees or other payments that may be charged to transfer the money back to the viewer will be deducted.

Pengembalian dana akan dilakukan 14 hari kerja setelah seluruh data rekening pengembalian diterima oleh penyelenggara.

Refunds will be made 14 working days after all return account data is received by the organizer.

Penyelenggara dan pengisi acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas hilangnya barang-barang pribadi para penonton atau kejadian-kejadian yang mengakibatkan cedera di semua area acara selama acara berlangsung, apapun alasannya.

The Organizer and performers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of spectators or incidents that result in injury in all areas of the event during the event, whatever the reason.

Penyelenggara berhak untuk:
1. Melarang Penonton masuk jika wristband telah digunakan oleh orang lain/rusak.
2. Memproses atau mengajukan hukuman, baik perdata maupun pidana, terhadap pengunjung yang mendapatkan Entry Pass secara tidak sah, termasuk memalsukan dan menggandakan Entry Pass yang sah atau memperoleh Entry Pass dengan cara yang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur.
1. Prohibiting Spectators from entering if the wristband has been used by someone else or damaged.
2. Process or submit penalties, both civil and criminal, against visitors who obtain Entry Passes illegally, including falsifying and duplicating valid Entry Passes or obtaining Entry Passes in a way that is not following procedures.
Penonton dengan tiket reguler, diperbolehkan untuk membawa alas duduk, seperti tikar/picnic mat. Tidak diperkenankan untuk membawa kursi lipat atau alas duduk yang dapat merusak tanah.

Spectators with regular tickets are allowed to bring seating mats, such as mats/picnic mats. It is not permitted to bring folding chairs or cushions that can damage the ground.

Dengan menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan maka email anda akan mendapatkan pemberitahuan promosi dari kebun raya.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, your email will receive a promotional notification from Organizer.

Seluruh penonton Sunset di Kebun yang memasuki area acara menyetujui apabila Anda didokumentasikan oleh official, baik foto maupun video untuk keperluan promosi ataupun komersial dan tidak akan mengajukan tuntutan apapun terhadap penyelenggara.

All Sunset di Kebun spectators who enter the event area agree that you will be documented by the official, both photos and videos for promotional or commercial purposes and will not make any claims against the organizers.
